Woohooo, I'm now on the road full time (apart from a short break over Christmas/New Year with family in Brisbane). However, excitement is tinged with sadness at leaving friends Sue and her son Tom, and Gayle (Sheba) in Cawarral, and also the loss of my friend Peter (Ontos45) a couple of weeks ago to COPD. He never did get to fulfill his dream of travelling full time, but I know he'll be riding with me.
Stay safe, and I wish all GNs a very Merry Christmas and a happy & healthy New Year. Looking forward to crossing paths with you in my travels.
Cheers
Joe

How exciting for you Joe. Am sooooooo jealous. Stil trying to get David to retire.
Give us a Pm when you are in our area. Plenty of room for you to park up if you wish..
Hope you have a safe trip down the coast.

Terrific news Joe - you will love it - take your time, smell the roses, or the wattle, or the gidgee trees (if you can smell them, it is going to ..rain) - be flexible, if you find a place you think you would like to explore - spend some time in the area. Read Rocky Lizards meanderings - he does it the right way, as done John (Yeoeleven) of course.
Enjoy your travels - but most of all

Good luck Joe, we hope to join you in May 2016, as selling up and becoming full time traveller, a little scary, but something we have always wanted to do, hope to see you out there sometime, safe travels.
Cheers

Thanks all for your good wishes, I'll be relaxing on North Stradbroke Island for a few days after Christmas, then I'll be heading south to catch up with family & friends in Sydney and Melbourne. That's as far as my planning extends at the moment.
