We stayed there a couple of weeks ago, nice spot on the water, the only negatives are there is limited shade and drinking water is from a tank at the back of the camp kitchen and they only have ten amp fuses so if you try to boil the jug while you have the air con on it will trip out.

Yep stayed there a few times over the years. Can get noisy at Holiday times and weekends when the boaties and families are there, but so aremost other places.
Some good birding there for the birdwatchers.

HiNeil & Lynne. Have a great time and let us all know on your return how it went - the pros and cons and all that sort of stuff please.
I see from their website it is essentially a farm stay - how much are they charging pn and nearest food shops?
Might not be in business for much longer with the stupid WA Dept of Local Govt proposed changes to CPs and private camping. Places like these maybe required to spend substantial amount of money upgrading their facilities - waste disposal, site works, water, power supply etc if these idiot laws happen.

Sounds good Neil - let us know what you think of it when you get back. Neil - hope you and Lyn have a great Christmas/New Year - we are at Seabird until after New Year - us and Darrell and Sandra at the moment - couple of others coming I think - including Bruce and Bev I believe - will be good to meet them.

Neil - his leg is great - no pain, bit stiff sometimes - but a good result. Sandra, however, was in Joondalup Hospital having her gall bladder out yesterday, not planned for at all. Home now - Darrell is playing Mum. Enjoy your trip.

OMG, not happy campers at all, give them my regards thanks.
Doug is home again in Adelaide, preparing for his next trip, lol.
Anybody stayed here at all? Looks to be the WA version of Greens Lake except there is a fee for camping. It gets a good report on Wikicamps.
