What is the ball weight of your van? HR recommend friction sway control for vans with ball weights up to 200 kg. For vans with ball weights over that they recommend their Dual Cam High-Performance Sway Control

i have a HR anti sway bar attached to my pathfinder and dual axle Jayco. I does appear to make the van more stable, especially when buffeted by wind from oncoming semis.

I think the Alco Electronic Stability Control system is far better as it works using the vans brakes to control sway when you get severe sway, I doubt friction control would be very effective in those situations and that's when you really need assistance. A well balance reasonably modern van shouldn't cause any tracking problems if towed sensibly.
