Terrific Joe - we find our little car fantastic - we can go anywhere, and save money on fuel as well!

Yep ... still learning the ins and outs but seems to be 2WD operation normally, but goes 4x4 with the flick of a switch on the dashboard to lock the centre diff. Engine is 1.3 litre, quite lively but ratios in the gearbox are very short, probably because there doesn't seem to be much power or torque at low revs. Still, should be a perfect runabout for zipping into town to get supplies when camped at places like Wuruma Dam or Greens Lake - where it seems the waterfront acreage appears to have recently attracted some quality residents
Just bought a Daihatsu Terios to tow behind the Hino, picked it up today.
Fitting for A-frame scheduled for the next couple of weeks ... the call of the playground is getting louder.
Cheers
Joe
