Am thinking the lower part of the walls in the shower/ensuite (where it attaches to the floor section) need sealing on our Jayco Starcraft 2015.

Hi JH welcome to the forum there should be no sealing required in your ensuite shower as they are a one piece moulded unit any way I would be taking it to a Jayco dealer if its a 2015 model as what ever needs repairing would be covered by factory warranty.
hope you enjoy being a member of the forum and also exploring the big playground in your Starcraft

Hi JH and a warm welcome from me as well.
We have a starcraft 2013 20 footer. In the beginning we had a leak from the mixer in the shower, Jayco changed the plastic unions and plumbing to brass fittings and we have never had the problem again. The repair stopped any leak. May I suggest the same may be happening to you.
We also had big issues with the floor, after a lot of tooing and frowing with Jayco I finally fibreglassed the whole floor, pig of a job but we have never looked back. See my previous posts on that damn floor.
