Delivery delayed for a couple of months while Customs went through their wage disputes and had a "go-slow" clearance program on the wharves.
Have conducted the initial deployment and are very happy with the set-up and towing performance, albeit the first trip was not a true x-country trial.
First fix will be to eliminate the plastic taste from the water system - suggestions viewed from the "Techies" section of the forum will hopefully provide the fix.
The trial trip also proved to be an experience when setting up the annex in a rather lively breeze - the pull-down was as equally challenging.
A friend of ours is in the process of purchasing the same.
They look a neat and tidy unit.
Happy Trails

Mostly assembled in Oz - chassis, aluminium frame and outer shell come from China. Like a majority of other Oz caravans, stoves / sink combos (Thetford), air-conditioners / annex awning (Dometic), fridge/freezer (US), TEAC TV, Fusion stereo (NZ) - all this stuff is imported and has to pass through Customs clearance.

Have just purchased a MDC XT14.

Regards to All
