From Melbourne we've been up as far as Bourke & are currently heading West towards the Broken Hill area. 4 weeks into a 7 week trip. Bush camping 90% of the time by ourselves. The birdlife has been great.

Left to right. Male Red-winged Parrot, Female Red-winged Parrot, ****atiel, Sacred Kingfisher, Crimson Chat, Spotted Bowerbird, Australian Pratincole, White-browed Wood-swallow, Whistling Kites, Black Kite, Pied Stilt.
Next row left to right. Major Mitchell's ****atoo, ****atiel at nest, Black-fronted Dotterel.
