Said goodbye to Patti and headed off from Condobolin after 11 days! Sore back improving thank goodness. Very pretty drive to Parkes and on to Manildra Showgrounds. Wonderful new amenities and only $15 for a powered site! Lovely to see lush green grass, fat Angus & Charolais cattle, and the glorious yellow of canola in full bloom. Also saw very orange/brown sheep being chased into a woolshed - and very white sheep coming out. Got me thinking about buying bales of wool. How much of the weight is dirt? Does the price vary depending on the amount of dirt in the wool? I have seen sheep sitting in a paddock of red dirt and they look just like rocks. Must be hard on the shearing gear also - or maybe the dirt is just on the ends of the wool. OK - the farmer in me coming out LOL. Thought I would try the fridge on 12v the other day. Then changed my mind after an hour and put it back on power! Well - almost. Found everything thawed a day later. Good thing the freezer was nearly empty! DUH! Have a great recipe for microwave chocolate mug pudding. Had to make one before I left yesterday - so now have choc cake!

No good telling us about a good recipe
I think a lot of us want to know what to use and how it is done
I hope Leonie is taking note so when we get to Greens Lake we can try it
Cheers John

1/4 c plain flour
1 1/2 tbs cocoa powder
1/4 tsp Baking powder
2 tbsp castor sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 1.2 tbs veg oil
1/2 Mars bar chopped (or snickers/caramello rolls.....
combine dry, add wet, microwave in a mug for 1 min 30 sec. stand for 1 min.
i find self raising flour is fine - so no BP obviously. Have also added choc buttons:)
