Regarding tv transmitters, I use an app. called DVB-T Australia. It will tell me the closest transmitter and it's polarisation.
Another app. is TV Australia which gives you the programming for all the chanel.

Hi John, good update again, another campsite to go in the memory bank. I'm getting closer also, am at Green Hill Lake near Ararat, nearly the same name but very little water in this one now, hasn't rained for 4 years here. Hot showers, flushing loos & plenty of town water for $5 a night, may be here for a little while, trying to get stuff delivered here if possible, some places don't seem very interested in your business sometimes, take that long to get back to you.
Cheers Mike

Thanks for the comments.
Chris I will look into those Apps they are easier to use than websites.
Lynda there is only a short section of good gravel road just before the campground, no problem at all.
Mike good to keep track of your travels, we have the same destination.
Bob it is a great spot here you will enjoy it.
