Well, I have crossed over the Tropic of Capricorn and sitting at the Gin Gin rest area 1km North of town on the right hand side. You can't miss it. Massive area with 20hr stay limit. Clean toots, no showers and very little water at the momment. Seems to be the same everywhere here in QLD so far.
The weather gods have presented us with a perfect day, sunny and warm but no humidy, yeah, I'm not sticking to everything I touch now.
Roads have been busy as with trucks and heaps of CV's etc in both directions. Road works along the Bruce in various locations but no problems at all getting through, mamgood run had by all.
The truckies teally love it when you communicate with them and slow down as they come out to pass you! not before. I always got a thankyou.

Not today Marj. Getting busy but still heaps of room. He would have made a few $$$$$ today, as most days I should imagine.
Yep, sure do JC. I am not visiting my little mate in that pic as I decided to stay at a few different places on the way down to check them out for future reference. Good to know these places and I tell you that for free.

No sorry, I leave Gin Gin when the moon is down and the big bright circle is starting to appear for another day. I will be in Byron Bay before the moon rises again. I will be there till mid week.

Hi Doug
I would have flown the flag outside for you but I changed my mind I did attached your little mate the cat to the flag pole but I was told off
so now little thing is crying his head off that you wont come to play with her
All joking a side
We understand that you can't pop in every time you drive past
we are planning to come to Greens in late October

More than likely I will be there around that time too John.
Now, don't tie my little mate up to the flag pole, poor little thing. Any wonder you got told off. I spose you didn't run her up the pole, something in your favour.
