Following my loss of Clancy (his acl op went ok but he developed a malignant cancer on the same leg) my older Whippet, back in March Connor has been very lonely and sad, having no-one to do Whippet Wizzies with.....
But a few weeks back I rehomed a two and a half year old Whippet, originally bred by a friend from way way back. He has been out in two homes already and did not settle in either so I have been reluctant to get too excited about him but he is definately here to stay, he has settled in quite well really, gets along like the proverbial house on fire with Connor who loves having a buddy again....he is a quiet and smoochy young chap and I admit a bit of a worrier but is get better all the time!
