We are now in Maroochydore at daughter's place. Lots of last minute things to do as we fly of to London Wed next week. 2 week cruise around Iceland, a 2 week cruise around Norway. Then 2 weeks with a hire car in UK (catch up with some of Keith's rellies). Then 13 days coach tour to mid Eastern Europe - visit Prague, Krakow, Budapest, Vienna & Salzburg. Back in Oz 20/9. Well Jules you did ask where we were heading for. My medical problems haven't let up but I intend making the best of this trip. Need an extra carryon bag just to hold my medications. Cheers Alice

I'd better not let SWMBO see this post, she is addicted to overseas travel & will be at me to do another one. I am ambivalent, but enjoy every trip we have. Having said that if $ was not an issue I could spend years traveling around the world, first class of course & with personal guides. I hate cattle class air travel.
We had a fortnight driving around the UK (& similar in Ireland). Really eye opening .. no accommodation bookings needed except for an extra week in London. Just picked up & dropped off pre-booked vehicles at the Airport. Best thing is that they drive on the correct side of the road!
This sounds like a fantastic schedule.
Enjoy

Keith can take or leave cruising & he says this is our last trip. He reckons it's his turn & we're going fishing for 5 years.
