We got ours at The reject shop, bloody ripper, digital and all. The cheapies do as good a job as the expensive ones.
Matter of a fact we had roast lamb for dinner tonight cooked in ours

Will you be running from an inverter or a generator and if an inverter will it supply enough 240Vac to run one. Specs on the Ebay ones ($49.95) say they consume from 300 to 2000 watts depending on heat setting. We were going to buy one but the power requirements put us off.
Good Luck.

Run our cheap one from ebay on the 2000w inverter changing the power on the cooker to 1000 it is fantastic very quick it cost around $45

We only use electrical cooking stuff when in a CP. And then we make meals to just heat up when we free camp.
