We visited Hahndorf last week - the oldest surviving German settlement in Australia and a great tourist attraction.
Great place to spend a day there. It has lots of cafes and souvenirs & craft shops. We even had a German Feast for 2 at Hahndorf Inn which took us 2 hours to eat it all. My husband Dave even drank a 1 litre of German beer.
A must place to visit.

Nice images Lee-Ann. Is the old Dutch style windmill still standing at Harndorf? Haven't been there since the 70's. We drunk 2 litres of wine with our lunch at the Inn back in the days when everyone drunk & drove. We noticed that you've been ''directed'' to the Sharing Photos part of the Forum. Did not see the Dutch style windmill. Hoping to get back to Hahndorf later in the year as I love this village.
