Thanks folks, I acknowledge that there are many health issues out there, I have been told a number of times to toughen up, but alas, these mental things are all invasive and effect every aspect of living.
Its a subject not too many folks like to talk about, however if you feel "blue" for more than a week you may be depressed, time to talk to your doctor.
It takes about 3 months for the meds to kick in at full rate, mental relaxation exercises work as well. I sit and listen to classical music, and my mind moves to a better place.
Please be very aware of your own mental state and that of you partner, you could save a life.
There are many depression tests on line, just google depression test.
Love and good health to you all.

Good on ya' Phil.
I know how you feel, problem is, mine is from the meds the Docs gave me after BC Surgery and Radiation.
I saw the Doc, they said, we want you to keep taking them for another 6 weeks to see if you settle into it. Oh My! Or in other words, its probably your imagination.
I know its those little yellow tabs because when I sometimes drop them on the floor, I don't take them, and the next day is Fantastic!!!!
Now my trip is pushed back 6 weeks.
Every week while I am stuck here I buy something nice for my ute. Makes me feel better, this week Tub Liner.
The month of June I bought 4 x 16" alloy wheels, makes it look pretty while am still here plus it saves the proper wheels/tyres for when I get out there.
I will just have to live the dream through you guys who are already out there, learning new stuff all the time which is good for my brain, thanks peeps.
Cheers,
Nomes

"Toughen up" is advice given by people who've never traveled that road and have not idea where it takes you. So if they've never been there their advice is worth zilch.
