Although it is quite unlikely that it would make landfall in QLD, if it did it would certainly throw a massive spanner in the works.

In Cairns at the moment, overcast with occasional heavy showers. Slowly clearing and expected to be fine by Thursday. The rain could come back if the low persists with its' westerly track. Rather pleasant, cool but not cold in the mornings, warm through the day.
