Shocking - will keep a look out for it. Probably won't have names or rego on it for much longer so more of a description or picture would be helpful.

we were at Kalgoorlie, WA, late last year, and 2 'vans got stolen out of a well run CP - had the security drop down steel ropes across the entry and office at entry/exit point.
We have a tow ball lock on our van at all times. Easy enough to get off if the bad guy really wants our 'van, but in the CP we're in at the moment, only one other van has any physical security like this on it. Easy enough to say "we're insured", but where will you sleep and what will you wear until the Insurance co pays out?

Has it been put up on Facebook, know quite a few people who have their stolen cars back, thanks to facebook sharing.
And a couple more details might help - length, pop top or full van?

Hi Bungendore
Where was the van stolen from? Do you have any photos? First thing thieves would do is to change decals, remove rego and any identifications names etc.. It's a lousy thing to do. Coupling locks are great but I've heard of people with wheel clamps on had their van stolen. If they are professionals nothing will stop them. I hope the police find them!

It's not Bungendore's van. It belongs to another CCC member.
