linda just cooked thermo-chef pumpkin soup and we both done webers bread and butter pudding in the weber, two of the best things we put in the van. I think we eat better out here than we did at home.

I don't have a "Thermo-Chef" so can't comment but a good pumpkin soup always hits the spot. As for the "Webber" I can speak from experience and agree is the best thing I have with me. That bread and butter pudding is making my mouth water as it is one of my favourite deserts, yum. Well done OMD.

I'm with you guy's, I have both a thermal cooker and a webber, and yes we eat better on the road than at home also. I'm still experimenting with the thermal pot, but I beleive I've got my Lamb Shanks in BBQ sauce down pat, 30 minutes to prepare, 8 hours in the pot, yummmmm, fall of th bone shanks.
Cheers

Another thing you can try Greg & Shas, is do them in the Q. Put them in a casserole dish (no lid) with your choice of flavour and cook in Q on 180c until cooked. Close the lid of the Q during cooking, lift and stir about every 30 mins. I also do stews this way.
Yummo.
