I have one and as never used a hayman Reece WDH can't compare the two. Haven't seen any posts on them so just wondering on pro's an con's. It is easy and quick to hook up once u know how, u don't have to unhook to back up. Was a little bit dearer than the others but I'm very happy with it. Any comments.

No experience with this sort but I did see one the other day on a new 21ft van. I couldn't work out how they would distribute the weight. I am looking forward to answers from the more knowledgeable. Regards Firey Phil.

Does appear to be better than risking a broken arm levering chains or bars.
Would be interested in knowing what tension does the "nuts" have to be done up to with the ratchet and is a tension wrench required/recomended

Hi Possum, the tension depends on how much sag in the drawbar, a socket comes with it and once it's set up the first time it easy to unhook. U just lift it all up with jockey wheel and pull a pin out the piece with the chains connected to it falls off u lower it down then unhook coupling takes no more than couple of minutes. I don't touch the nuts at all from one hook up to the next. U hook up the in the reverse manner obviously.

I spoke to a fellow who had one of these on his van. He claimed it was great.
Where the bracket is fixed to the A frame it needs a hole in the A frame for the locking bolt to fit into to ensure their is no slipping of the bracket. That was his words, no mine.
