Add all dry ingredients and mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. add milk, oil and choc chips, add vanilla, mix well, again.
Place in microwave and nuke for 3 minutes on high (1000watts). Tip onto plate add ice cream or whatever you wish to indulge in; this will serve two if you wish to be a little more virtuous.

I posted this one years ago. Probably good for it to get another airing. Not many people would look back that far.
Cheers,
Sheba.

Just tried this it was a bit rubbery but I did open the microwave twice because I couldn't see through the foggy window and was worried that it might have overflowed my bowl but it didn't would that be why it was a rubber sinker ?

A lot of food that get the nuke treatment go rubbery. It is due to the microwaves that change the molecular structure of certain foods. Some are worst than others. The trick is to get the food out before it becomes rubbery.

Shouldn't be too rubbery but it may overflow a bit but not messy nuke time is about right.

Here's a thought.
Eggs go rubbery if you don't turn down the power to half, perhaps you can reduce the power.
I don't use a microwave anymoe, so I can't try it for you.
Cheers,
Naomi

I dunno. I recon this one looks pretty dangerous too.
Ok so I may be a little addicted but I tried it again and although I cooked it just a little long again it was better, I'll get there

Don't know if this will help, but this is the original recipe I posted in 2009. A friend of mine in Mackay sent it to me.
Cheers,
Sheba.
Got this in an e-mail a couple of days ago. Some-one 'phoned it in to the local ABC Radio Station this morning, saying she had tried it, and it was great. She cooked hers for only 2 mins. in a 1200 watt. micro-wave.
5 Minute Chocolate MUG Cake.
4 Tbspns Flour ( I presume SR )
4Tbspns Sugar.
2 Tbspns Cocoa.
1 Egg. (She said small ).
3 Tbspns Milk.
3 Tbspns Oil.
3 Tbspns Chocolate Chips ( Optional. )
A small splash of Vanilla extract.
1 Large Coffee Mug. 1 Teaspoon to mix with.
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add the Chocolate Chips ( if using ) and Vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put mug in the micro-wave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts on high. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!
Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired.
EAT! ( This can serve 2 if you want to feel slightly more virtuous. )
It's called the most Dangerous cake in the world, because now we're all only 5 minutes away from Chocolate Cake at any time of day or night!

Thanks Sheba I will keep at it till I get it right
The most dangerous chocolate cake.
So called because it is too easy to make and too easy to eat. ( Only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time).
4 tbsp. flour, 4 tbsp. sugar, 2 tbsp. cocoa, 1 egg, 3 tbsp. milk, 3 tbsp. oil, 3 tbsp. choc chips (optional),splash vanilla essence.
In a mug - soup mug the best but not essential.
