i have a 2013 Starcraft with 2 60 liter tanks (I think). Recently the 12 volt on board pump ran dry and wouldn't pump from the second tank which shows full on my drifter panel.
Took a peek underneath and there is a bit of green muck in some of the clear pipes, but the water is still clean, mind you we don't drink it.
Is there a blockage in one of the pipes? Or is there a pipe I should be concentrating on? Thanks plumbers.
Cheers

Phil,
I think your tanks will be the same as our 2012 StarCraft, and will be 80+ litre tanks.
Hope I am not telling you how to suck eggs, but our tanks have a switch, generally on the chassis near the water inlet. It is here that you need to switch between tanks.
Have a look at GTSTEVE's thread a bit before this as he has a picture of the set up. The check that you have the switch set up as he does in the photo, ie. arrow pointing down. If you have it pointing either to the front or back of the van, that will be the tank you are drawing off.
If you already knew this, and have checked this already, then sorry you have exhausted my knowledge, and will need to wait for a more knowledgeable member to help

Hi Ian, probably better to call it a 3 way tap rather than switch.

Phil, I am surprised to hear that Jayco are still using clear plastic piping in the water supply causing algie buildup, our 2001 Freedom had them, but I replaced them all with opaque food safe hose, if you are still under warranty I would hassle them about it, you'd think they'd have that little act together by now.

Thanks Ian, Paul and Bevan (good to see some other raafies here, welcome). The tap hasn't been touched since I bout the van, unfortunately it's out of warantee so a no go there.
The only thing I can think of is that there is a blockage in the feeder pipe from the second tank (BTW the tanks are next to each other in an East west fashion, not behind as one would expect). I like the idea of replacing the clear piping with black or opaque pipes.
Cheers
