If you are having trouble like I was with my Sphere not tuning in at some locations , I found out that the Motherboard needs upgrading and it is getting done under warranty. So if yours is playing up , get it checked out . When it starts up , check the lcd window and if it says V1 , then you need to upgrade to Version 2 Motherboard .It wasn't until I spoke to another person who had the same problem in his jayco , he told me what to do. Jayco are obliging to replace but they won't go out of there way to tell you or recall them to be upgraded.
