Roma is a long established brand with a very good general reputation.
Last time I looked at them I thought that they had stuck with their rather old fashioned build. A good or bad thing? Who knows ?
I'll watch for posts from Roma owners with interest. I'll be surprised if you get too many negatives.

we have a 2009 23' Roma Elegance and are very happy with it. They recently put a domestic split system air con in the van for us and we were happy with the job they did.

Hi Ulrich, We have a ROMA ELEGANCE 2012, we are very happy with it, there after sales service and support are second to none, the layout that we have is very serviceable,If we ever want to change it will most certainly be a ROMA.
We purchased ours thru Trail-A-Van in Toowoomba, if you are in QLD give them a call (Rod and Clare) if you would like any info ??? you are welcome to message us.
Happy looking Reg and Lynn

you might find more feedback if you google "roma feeback", "roma comments" or just "roma" and look for a post that shows comments in the post heading - most vehicles, motor and RVs have them and the bad ones usually have a LOT of customer comments lol

When I enquired about installing a domestic A/C i our new caravan, I was told that warranty would be void as it is not installed in a home. I suppose that would be because of the bouncing around. Are you aware of that or was I told a big porky?

that's probably right Larry - we'll take that chance. I suppose I could argue that as we live permanently in our van it could be considered our 'home' ;)
My brother in Karratha had an issue with his new Daiken installed in his bus. When the repair man came to look at it his comment was "are you living in the bus full time - then I'll consider it home" and promptly fixed the problem.

Hey Deverall. Depending on your location, in large towns/cities, theres plenty of competition between air con companies - just get them to give you something in writing that they will provide the same warranty if installed in your RV
i would like comments a bout the brand Roma
