It's a PowerPoint slideshow - you need either the full PowerPoint itself installed, or the free PowerPoint Viewer available from the MS website.

Yes Sheba, you need Power Point, part of Microsoft Office, to open the file.

Thanks Troopy. I know I used to have it, but I'm only on the Laptop now. I lost some programmes when the Tower crashed. That must have been one of them. Will try and download it later. Takes too long to do right now.
