The overall measurements of your fridge will be in its handbook. Check the width and depth with the measurement of the door opening. That should let you know if it will pass through the door. Many fridges will not fit these days. You may be able to remove the sashes from a sliding window or the larger one from a hopper window and get it out there. If not then you will have to remove the complete window (have all the materials to re-caulk it before you start the changeover.)

With most you can remove the door and the top of the fridge which makes them much smaller....also lighter.
Good Luck.
EDIT....the door of the fridge - not the door of the van!

Unless it is a very small fridge it will most likely have to go out through a window. (Personal experience) Not the most difficult of tasks but does need a minimum of three people to do it safely and a basic handyman knowledge.
Fitting a new one, depending on the type, is a job for an experienced and licensed trades person. Best of luck.

I just replaced the old 3 way with a 12 volt only.
The 3 way was a pain to get out,had to take it thru the door, but to do it I had to take the while door jam off and then reseal and screw it back in pace, the window was not an option as I was by my self and after measuring every thing the door was a whole lot easier, the new 12 v was a dream to get in and works a whole lot better.
Good luck, but it will be worth it
