Some of us on a recent post (about inconsiderate neighbours) were accused of being Grumpy Old Men !!
Its seems only appropriate then that we form two parties (we do need to consider equality of the sexes). They are:
The Grumpy Old Men
The Grumpy Old Women
We can now bicker and bitch and generally be grumpy about who should be President, Treasurer, Secretary, HR staff (to assess if you are grumpy enough or not) and so on...........
Can I nominate myself as President please? Um, second thoughts, I can't cos I am not grumpy

yes you are Doug!!! You moaned on the post I put up recently about inconsiderate camping neighbours LOL - not sure if youre bitchy and grumpy enough to make more than just an ordinary member though (but you will get party special deals on a zimmer frame for your bad back haha)

Wouldn't it be discriminatory in these days of political correctness to have a party for men and a party for woman???
Why not just form The Grumpy Old Peoples Party?
Sorry I used the word political, just couldn't think of a word that's the same but different!. If someone can then tell me of a more appropriate word then I'll edit.
Also, I can handle and probably qualify for Grumpy status, but, from what age would one be considered Old???
Thinking about it, isn't it also discriminatory for age??? Or should I be looking more for a procrastination party instead.
EDIT: Just thought of something else.... The Grumpy side of me questions.... Shouldn't this topic/discussion be in another area like "I Digress" ???

Yea all those names are discriminatory. Nothing to do with gender, or age or ?? is allowed now.
So it's just the GPP, Grumpy Peoples Party. All welcome, old and young, men and women, from any country and from any planet

GPP............hmmmm............on that basis, we would be in control of Federal politics at the next election and the other parties would fade away - that would give us one major less thing to grump about.
And we need to have a party for men and the ladies as separate or we wouldn't be grumpy at all LOL (well, according to THE BOSS aka wife)

1. You've said that word too, (bolded above) we, you, me, us and our pets (just in case) must find another word that means the same for it and it's derivatives otherwise this conversation could be shut down by the powers to be.
2. Perhaps the GPP, but then use the Ladies & Gents rooms to discuss gender related issues to get around the discrimination issues. Nah that won't work, didn't take into account transgenders.
