Heard that you have to run these of mains presure. Can anyone let me know if you can run using the water pump and generator when free camping?

When bush camping we just kick in the gennie and an hour or more later we have done the weeks washing using the Lemar. using wool wash the the boss can then recycle a hell of a lot of the water. I guess that she knows what she is doing. As for me I am to busy doing something else, like .... will nothing.
Good accessory to have, and saves heaps of $$$$$.

Hey Jack Dog.
We have a 2.2 Lemair and it runs off 240v. The beauty of ours is that it is portable and if we are in a van park it is connected to the town water and the 240 power. And then set up in the annex and connected to the sullage water disposal.
If we are in the bush, we connect to the 240 genie and the water is bucketed in as required. If water is scarce we would use the rinsing water for the next wash.
We have a 12 volt pump to source water from lakes, river or bore as necessary.

Works for us and wouldn't travel without it.
