David doesn't like having the aircon on when we are towing.
I hate getting hot. This has a fan and plugs into cigarette lighter socket.
Hope it works.

Hi Kath, this sounds interesting. Where do you put it? It's obviously not something you sit on if it has a fan. I hate getting hot too. Any chance of a photo.

Will take pic Marj. It straps on to the Driver or passenger seat.
The fan sits over the front edge of the seat. .
Gooogle the Waeco Car seat cooler.
All the usual places I checked had them for $80 plus delivery
I picked mine up from Tentworld at Browns Plains Qld.
Hope this helps
Cheers

Have googled, 65.00 on sale on the Waeco website. Must get one next payday.
With two cooling stages. Operating voltage 12 volts from cigarette lighter socket.
Ergonomic design, good support on the sides.
Enhanced functionality by new seat padding.
Optimised air circulation in the seat and backrest.
Fastened on the back of the backrest, therefore suitable for vehicles with side airbags in the seats.
Zip-closure bag for storage in winter.
Other Information
PLEASE NOTE: May NOT be available for Pick Up as units could be stored in Interstate Warehouses.

I got one at a white elephant stall once. All the parts seemed to be working but wasn't overly successful. But then it may have been faulty. Hope it does the trick.

Not sure if we've ever driven the Patrol without A/C on. Same for the Mazda3. Just wish that we had individual climate control. I like it cold & SWMBO likes it warmer.
