Washer machine 2001 model Simpson heavy
Frustrating
"How to " on the Internet does not cover washers
There must be a simple solution to this lazy , cantankerous piece of technology
It's a woman job anyway to attend to the washing ay.
What can I do ? No woman available here .
Time for a cuppa

Hey Paul, I can see the problem in the pic mate, it stands out like you know what.
If you stand the machine up it will work fine Make sure you put water in it though

Well .. . Yes , buying a newby washing machine requires a heap of money
I might need to pass the hat around ?
The trouble is , I'm guessing here , that everyone is as poor as myself ,
so the hat would would most likely be returned to me empty.
The only option I have would be to break into my piggy bank money box ,
The darn thing is getting too heavy and full anyway. .....!
Cheers from Paul

Don't do the washing - might get a bit lonely when you try to socialize though lol.
You can pick up bloody good top loaders that use bugger all water for about $250 from various suppliers - easy enough to connect although you will have to make sure you secure it properly.
Have you had a look on Gumtree and EBay - and also try googling it - "caravan washing machines and see what pops out (not your dirty undies hopefully)

Pic of new washer
The old washer went bad after I pluged it In to Honda 2 kva generator
Won't do that to another washer . I will wait for the power to. be reconnected.
My neighbour pluged their washer In to same type of generator without any problems .
.... ..
Cheers from Paul

A couple of things, If you use a Inverter type generator such as Hondas on varying loads such as Airconditioners & washing machines, don't use the generator set on ECO mode. Your old Simpson doesn't look like it has computer modules in it. What has likely to fail is the agitator motor reversing module.
