Hi folks well have been over to Canberra and back today with C2 for her specialist appointment and home, in time to give Gary Kelly a call in hospital tonight. Gary would like to let everyone know that he hope's to be out of hospital in a few days and return home. He said that after his procedure to have the skin cancers removed he in his words, "lost the plot" thus he caught pneumonia. But he sounds positive and would like all to know that he will be back doing his normal things soon with his waffle page and being part of the friendly banter here on the forum. The team up in Taree sounds like they have his back and he informs me he will be receiving home care and nurses for at least 12 weeks. He said they were talking of a nursing home and he does not what that as he still has plenty of living to do with his Odyssey and PJ.
Anyway I am sure we all as a collective group, wish him well and hope, to see him back both on the forum and on the road in the near future.

I don't know Gary, but its heartening to see how tight knit and supportive most people are on this Forum when someone is ill or needs support - a real family:)
Congratulations to all of you who post to these threads and a big pat on the back for those of you who are able to phone or visit the person concerned !
