Rod often has dirty and greasy clothes from working. I have found truck wash in the washing machine does wonders.
We have a 5 litre container and you can use around about a 1/2 cup full if really dirty.
Sometimes I do drop food down my front, it most be the those boobs that get in the way and I have used truck wash as well.
As you know everything must have a least a couple of uses.
My hint for the day

My first husband was a Butcher/Boner. I used to get Blood and greasy Fat out of his work-clothes, using 1 cup of White Sugar in the wash.
Cheers,
Sheba.

After cleaning fish we used to use sugar to scrub our hands to get the smell off. Seemed to work OK too.

To be quite honest, I 'm not positive, but I think so. I do know that detergent on it's own didn't work. [That was about 50 years ago.]
It used to work on Oil and Grease too.
Cheers,
Sheba.

My husband is a truck driver and I have been using truck wash for years. I also put some truck wash on the grease give it a light rub works a treat. Also good for leaking pen

Sheba- surely you've got the 50 years wrong - that would put you in your nappies still <grin>
