Can anyone please tell me what brake controller I should have in my Land Cruiser for a 22ft caravan that I will be purchasing , It has a Redarc Eb Electric Brake controller at the moment.

Try the Redarc but if you are not happy with it We use a Tekonsha P3 and have been realy happy with it. as do a lot of other members here. Landy

We also use a Tekonsha P3 with no problems. Son has one on his Isuzu tipper towing a 3.5 tonne dual axle trailer also. They're about $139 on Ebay.

Not a style that most of us would recommend. It is a timer/synchroniser type. Most of us would recommend a proportional type for better control in all conditions without having to keep adjusting it. The following will show the difference:

The Redarc Tow pro is another good controller that is also proportional. The beauty of it is that it has a remote head, so the main module can be tucked away under the dash out of sight.

Not a style that most of us would recommend. It is a timer/synchroniser type. Most of us would recommend a proportional type for better control in all conditions without having to keep adjusting it. The following will show the difference:
