Hi Nomads, new kid on the block, just venturing into the vast land of vehicles and caravans out there. Any suggestions on which to decide on first - vehicle or caravan? Looking to buy a van around 23ft or thereabouts.

G'day Jenny welcome to the forum you will meet some great people here.
When selecting a van around the size that you are considering it will certainly help to have a good idea of the vans weight and the ball weight that way any vehicle you buy can be checked to ensure that it will be legal plus a reasonable margin for safety.
You will find people here who will give you heaps of valuable advice, hope you enjoy researching and purchasing both Van and Tug.

I reckon a bit of an idea of the Den you want as AT said is probably as good a starting point as any, then before you order or buy that, maybe have a good look around at a tug to drag it behind.
It's like a bag of liquorice all sorts out there so it is really up to you Jenny and I tell you that for free, cos it's all you will get for free once you start.
