The Birchip Vic. Bakery has the best Vanilla Slices in Australia.Worth the trip from Queensland just to get a tray of them. Cheers Birdo

The café in the Ginger Factory, Qld, has the best Ginger and Macadamia Cake. Had some today. Has the same topping as is put on Carrot cake. Never tasted it before. Well worth the visit.
