Would love to go one year, unfortunately not this one though.
Good luck with the rain. I reckon that gum boots & a Dry as a Bone are must haves for Woodford (& Gympie too).
Enjoy.

Hi Cupie, thanks. I don't care about the gumboots anymore. They are only really needed in the camping area. around the festival joggers are fine. yes, I am here., having a great time - wouldn't be woodford without rain. We asked our grand daughter last year what she enjoyed most about the festival and she said " the muddy puddles". just goes to show "the best things in life are free". regards. rocket.
HAVE BEEN THERE WHEN IT WAS 45DEG AND VERY DRY. LONG TIME AGO THOUGH. BEEN THERE WHEN IT WAS WET AS--- AND EVERY NIGHT THE TRUCKS SPREAD GRAVEL ON THE REALLY BAD AREAS.
WISH I WAS THERE THIS YEAR BUT DEFINITELY NEXT YEAR. A GREAT SHOW NO MATTER WHAT THE WEATHER.

Hi Jaahn, yes, we have been there in all kinds of weather also. but this year it rained but I was in the festival itself wearing thongs with no worries. the camp sites still get a bit boggy off the roads but the roads at the camp sites are great also now. yes, the heat is worse than the rain. there is no reprieve from that . anyway, i had a great time and already planning next year. see you there. rocket
