Each of the blue crosses in this picture represent a lightning strike that hit the ground during Wednesday evenings horrific storm that went through parts of northern Victoria. The power of nature!
One hit close to me in this room the other day, causing a brief power outage, and gave me a lesson in instant levitation.

There are so many blue crosses there Jules, we can't see the ground it self. That's if I'm reading that properly.

All well here - more thunder last night, not sure if we had rain, was asleep - could have more storms today according to the BOM, but we will weather them, no problems.
And yes, the blue areas are the lightning strikes, there were so many the blue crosses look like solid area.
The rain washed them away.
