I have a genuine Ford towbar, I have the option on a genuine complete hitch brand new for $100.
Any positive or negative comments about the hitch

Not answering your query but both Repco and SuperCheap have them on special now for under $100 - that's if it's the square receiver type.

I take it the WDH looks like the HR classic one. That's a very good price.
Denis, what are the repco or Super Cheep ones? Are they the shepherds crook toys? If they are then they are only good for vans up to about 14', if Gundog has a van that is only 14' long then he will not need WDH at all.

Buy the genuine part if you can, then if there is a problem everything will be covered by Ford, as they told me Ford don't actually make towbars etc they buy them from HR

Got this one off ebay $61.00 brand new unused.
I get the feeling you are getting a hitch v a WD Hitch mixed up, a search of both Repco and Super Cheap neither have WH hitches listed
