being new here, can I get to ask one simple stupid newbie question?
Hmmm exactly how/when do you choose to post in the solo or general section?
Might as well get this over with upfront, lol.
Thanks and Cheers

LOL, you just have posted in the solo's , do the same in GN's, whenever you want to start a new topic just like you did, or hit reply to someone else's -cheers Fran

Hi metoo - you can post anywhere you think is appropriate for what you are posting - "general" is for general camping, caravanning, travelling, "solo" is for people who are solo, but really anyone can post in there as well - but it is a good place to see and contact other solos who may be in your area. "I digress" is for items of general interest about just about any subject, except politics or religion.
You don't have much information about yourself on your profile, so don't know if you are male/female, solo/partnered, what state you are from, or what vehicle you have - nice to know these things, gives an idea of who we are talking to.
Hope you enjoy the forum - will be looking for your posts.

Thanks for all the info. :)
Never been a forum person and didn't know about all the profile stuff so thanks for that info too.
Cheers

Yes meetoo, if the question you have is more pertinent to singles, ask it here. But if it's a topic that more of a general nature ask it in general. Then if it's a techy question, ask it in techies corner. A lot of topics get posted in here that would probably get a better response in the general forum.
I posted in here and i'm not single ...

I think your question has been adequately answered. Post wherever you think it relevant, directed to the readers you think it may be of interest to.
