Just wondering if any other GN's are going to Bendigo Caravan & Camping Leisurefest this Saturday 22nd Nov?
I often see on the Forum that some GN's can travel Oz and rarely see a GN sticker to identify who's who.
Julie ,my wife, suggested we tie a bow of GN' pink' and 'blue' ribbons to our event backpack as an informal way of identifying to meet/greet any other GN's that might be there, also looking and wishing over the new RV's like us.....I guess the pink will match my usual bloodshot eyes.....as I will be the one carrying our backpack....it may also be a way of actually avoiding me if you have a mind to...lol.....
Anyone else up for tying a few similar coloured bows on their backpacks.... or in their hair.. or anywhere that can be seen?.........to subtly advise they are a GN....<.better than a ""special"" handshake>....especially if we're in one of the Urinal queues....!
I guess even if I bounce up to a pretty blonde by mistake who happens to be wearing blue and pink ribbons.....all may not be lost.....lol......
$10 entry concession for Senior Cardholders or Pensioner Concession....at the Bendigo RaceCourse...usually plenty to see especially the latest in Sat TV gizmos....
I've already 'met' a few GN's by exchanging PM's on this site, and have their details...but this may be a good way to meet a few informally in the 'flesh'........even though I am generally shy and retiring by nature....perhaps see you there....Hoo Roo

Nup. No need really as I get the new Den tomorrow. Hope it's better than the Batemans Bay one a couple of weeks ago.
Enjoy.

Not one of our better ideas to be adorned in pink and blue bows perhaps.........my suggestion seems about as popular as an ash tray on a Harley D.......
As the late great Bob Hope sang in Paleface in 1948 the year I was born...<I would have been born three years earlier if my Dad also, hadn't also been so shy and retiring>.....lol... ....so for those who remember:.......but won't admit to it.....sing to his little button accordion...
'East is East and West is West, and the wrong one I have chose, Let's go where they keep on wearin' those frills and flowers and buttons and BOWS, Rings and things and buttons and BOWS....................Hoo Roo maybe see you at the Leisurefest...
