Welcome to the forum.
We met a young couple doing the same as you for a year. Their daughter was younger but they did lessons with her for a few hours a couple of days a week and also did some on line or by phone. They had been given work for her to do. She will have learned heaps more about Australia by doing this than in the classroom.
Hope it goes well.

Welcome legendgj, in our 3 1/2 years on the road, we have met plenty of people who are home schooling their children while on the road. All I can say is go for it. best classroom ever!

Our Cousin spent 18 months travelling the big lap and schooled their 4 children during the trip occasionally had some minor motivation issues but usually the 4 of them worked well together and their life education took a massive step forward giving them a much wider outlook and understanding of life in the great playground

Have you considered the School of the Air, in Alice Springs?
