It is Friday morning and time to catch up on the past 2 days, We set off from Wilks Park Wagga around 8am and planned to stop over at Finley Showgrounds. When Dennise and I reached there it was mid day and after 200kms we were ready to stop but Darrel and Sandra decided to carry on to get to Greens that day.
We decided to camp overnight at Finley because it was another 160kms to Greens making it a big drive for Dennise and we needed lots of time in Shepparton before arriving at Greens for a long stay. I made arrangements to meet up with Richard in Shepp. and spent time going round the various places we needed to go, meeting his partner Deneta.
Then off to Maroopna for the laundromat, chemist and Aldi all next to each other with good parking. I bought Opal Nera and O'Donnels Irish Creme ready for happy hours at Greens knowing that Billeee and Jules would be there. It was mid afternoon by the time we arrived with lots of stacking away the groceries etc. bought on the way. Because of the long stay I have started to set up with all the bells and whistles.
Still got lots to do even after a couple of hours hard at it but the sunshade is extended with tent poles giving extra shade and the side shade is in position. Later I intend to bring the freezer out from under the bed for easier access under the awning and put up the shower tent, might even use it before the end of the day. Have to get out the choofer and set up for outside cooking and do the washing, didn't use the laundromat in Maroopna having spent extra time with Richard.
So here we are once again already with several Grey Nomads in attendance and expecting an influx of weekend warriors from this afternoon on for the Cup Weekend and the Melbourne Cup next Tuesday. All good and looking forward to the usual excellent time at Greens. Will post in the Greens forum from now on until leaving. John

Good to see you again John, although briefly as you were busy busy busy screwing and erecting
.....setting up camp. What did you think I meant
The last time we met was many km's north and a few moons back.
Sounds like it was successful as you have most things set up ready for another happy time at Greens.

As long as he doesn't engage 'hammer' it will not be a bent screw and his tool should OK for next time.
