We are in The Entrance and it was pretty horrific here too, blew so hard some water was forced in through the slide out.

Was wild weather down our way here on the South Coast 146mm of rain and yet another fatality on the road a young local woman killed and her two little kiddies badly injured!!! So very sad Today does not look much better strong winds and more rain on the way.

How,
Shut the front gate!
Keep safe over there in the on the east coast, don't go doing anything silly and float away. At least if you have gardens and lawns you won't have to water and mow the lawns yet. Time to chill out possibly and catch up with indoor activities.

I read on the news earlier that the winds in Sydney would have been classed as a Cyclone 2 or 3 anywhere else.

Still snow on the ground from Yetholme to Lithgow.
Staying at Lithgow last night, and my mate's house still has no power on Thursday morning- main st was mostly shut down yesterday morning because no electricity.
Yesterday Bell's line of road and Mt Victoria were both closed due to snow- But it's sunny this morning and thawing, although there was a heavy frost.
And I was wearing shorts & T Shirt on Friday- Long johns and woolies the last 3 Days. But my chariot has power and a working gas stove- my mate was thinking of moving in with me! Hope it's just a freak storm - don't want any more before xmas!

Watch out for the slippery bits on the roads!
