How apropos, Vic. I've just had a couple of Septics and a Frenchie say they can't understand some of what I write on my web site so this series of videos will be perfect! I love those Indian accents dealing with Aussie lingo hehe. Great stuff.

It cracked me up Gary, whoever made those video's had a great sense of humour, albeit some of it tongue in cheek!
PS: Did you see Wombat in one of them ?

One thing occurred to me some time after viewing those vids... if the cast was made up of Aussies making fun of Indians, guess what it would be labelled? I don't know if I'm typical of Aussies, but I for one (two including you, Vic) found it highly amusing. And at no stage did I feel that the Indians were being racist towards Straya.

I thought the same thing Gary, very amusing and at least we can laugh at ourselves and see the humour in it without going into a rant.
I wondered about the British flag outside their building although it was an Aussie one on the Principal's desk.
I suspect the actors were in the UK or Australia as many had accents that could be either.
A good laugh anyway and I did wonder also if it was a Bollywood production done on the side.

I think that was part of the p*ss take Vic, showing the pommy flag instead of the Aussie one. :)
If the babies are called Joey, what are the mothers called? When they grow up why aren't they still called Joey... hahahahaha.
My Grandad was born India around 1901 and moved to England when he was 26. After retiring from the pommy Police he then migrated to Australia around 1956. He still spoke with a bit of a clipped Indian accent when he died in about 1975.

One of my grandfather's came from Colchester area (West Bergolt).
I was talking to my audiologist a couple of days ago, he was a Liverpuddian, I think I insulted him asked him if she was a Scot (well his accent sounded similar to me, lol) he said in his Army days he spent some time in the Glasshouse at Colchester (they reckon a year in there was about the equivalent to 2 years in a civvy prison).
