After joining Dougwe Inc. and spending much time and effort in looking for a van to replace my Avan Cruiseliner I ordered a Chief Arrow 21.6 van yesterday. Not having twins I decided to go with a Queen size bed to impress any backpackers or attractive GN's.
Will be parking it in the exclusive waterfront section of Greens in early December. Will offer tours at a reasonable rate with a seniors discount. Need to buy a new dinner suit for happy hours.
Both Doug and myself are all caravanned out.
Anybody wanting a 2 year old Avan just yell.
Terry

Well done to both you Terry and Doug, I googled the Chief and the range is very impressive.
I still remember the day you came to Greens just for the day as you didn't have your own van yet. You came to my old van Myrtle and asked if you could have a look through to get some ideas. Well, we've both surpassed poor old Myrtle now, Happy Travelling.

How,
Well, Well, Well, about time you stopped hiding behind that big white cloud and showed everyone your soon to be new home mate.
I must say, Terry is very sneaky really cos he stayed hidden behind said white cloud while I did all the hard yards and research then he emerged from no where to check out the goodies and in the end paid his deposit and shot through again.
No really, a big thanks to Terry as he picked me up from the airport in Adelaide and took me to the dealer to check out a van we were both keen on but both walked away very dissapointed. However, back in Melbourne, we both ended up finding a van each that suited our seperate needs.
Oh! Terry has another new toy he hasn't told you about yet Maybe that will find it's way out from behind the big white cloud soon too
Good on ya mate. Enjoy your new toy when it arrives. Mmmm that should say Toys, cos ya have one already

Bill, everything is well and truly under control. I have had that fully checked out and the "Chief" name and full range is now being built by another company in Melbourne and all good. They are very busy so you will start to hear and see them more I reckon.
Thanks for the heads up anyway.

Always thought there was a reason why I liked Cher, Lance. That pic of her with the head dress on just reminded me of the reason.
I wouldn't say no if Cher wanted to join in our happy hour either. Don't tell the twins I said that.

They look great to me Terry, always have been a fan of Cher, agree that "buoyancy" would never go astray
Another little beauty or two....

Not sure really Jim, maybe wombat has spread a load of bull.
All I know is, I am more than happy with my choice of Den and I know Terry is with his too and that's no bull mate and I even tell you that for free.

I'm sure Doug would agree that the quality of the Chief van left all others in the shade. i paid around $10.000 more than i really wanted, but as I'm living full-time in a van, hopefully for a few more years, quality was the number one concern. After 2 years in an Avan I'll need a map to get around the Arrow.
