Had my first open today, 18 couples came through. another open tomorrow . auction on 28 sept. you can call me sadie the cleaning lady at the moment. but if i ever cetch up with you LOOK OUT. ??????? can't wait to get rid of it and hit the road. open again tomorrow.
thanks Nelly. had 12 more couples this morning, some came back to have another look. have to charge em rent if they keep coming back. now i can have a drink for fathers day. cheers.

Well folks my Unit has sold after 2 weeks and only 4 people through!!!!!!!!
$5000 less than I wanted but I will have the settlement in 45 maybe 30 days. Now to build the Granny Flat in my daughters back yard and plan some trips for next year
The GF cannot be built until after the 7th Nov. And if I get early settlement I can move into the house first....
I am somewhat excited...
