ie it closes But I can not lock it in manual Mode..
I have taken the Door cover off and there is a electric Soliniod with a up and down position it is stuck in the Down position which Means that it disengages the Door Lock Mechanism..
I was wondering if I was missing something that activates the manual locking mechanism.... or Has this been disengaged due to a fault... I can live with out the Auto door closer if I can get the manual door Lock's to work...
-- and yes I did disconnect the link and got the Door to Lock manually But that does not seem to be a permanent Fix..
So if anyone has the wiring diagram for this, could you Please Share... Or at least tell me where I can get the files I need..

Close the door electrically and then disconnect the closer from the door and pull the plug that connects the closer from the system....
Now it is a manual close door that doesn't affect you system..

Yeap it's a Plug Door..
I'm trying to work out how I can utilize Both...
auto door is handy some time's, but I know when I'm traveling I'm going to have to go with a Manual unlock as I will have my dog with me and she is not up on road rule's.. and I don't want to see her pancaked..
- I'm just trying to see what the issue is..
There has to be something that I'm missing Re the Side door.. I can manually disconnect the link But I can't seem to get it to work both way's..

im not quite sure what you are talking about...
but in manual you have to lock the door manually with the key....
so disengage the door by putting the lever in manual and then it should lock and unlock with the key in the door...

Here is a Photo..
The Bolt shown is the Link from the on/off motor/solinoid, If the bolt is Disconnected the Door Locking system is Allowed to Operate in Normal Mode.. ie you slam the door the Locks will engage..
- From what I have worked out the electric motor is so that when the door is in Autoclose/open mode, it releases the door Lock mech so that door will open..
I'm not sure if I have an issue with the motor you see or some other issue..
So if you Know About coaster and you happen to have the Electrical Diagram for this.. Please..
Mine is also similar vintage to yours. It is either manual or electric, I don't think it can be both unless to can operate the man/auto lever remotely.

Hi Juergen, I have a workshop manual on CD and although it is only a PDF copy of a paper manual it has everything in it and it only cost just under $16.00.
As you might of guessed I own a coaster..
a 1994 Model..
I have an issue with the side swing door...
It Looks Fine in Auto Lock mode..
ie it closes But I can not lock it in manual Mode..
I have taken the Door cover off and there is a electric Soliniod with a up and down position it is stuck in the Down position which Means that it disengages the Door Lock Mechanism..

Hi Juergen, I have a workshop manual on CD and although it is only a PDF copy of a paper manual it has everything in it and it only cost just under $16.00.
THIS IS IT
My Coaster is just on finished and here is a small preview.
The Kitchen area with the shower at the end of the bench and just for you the electrical department..
I'm only a bush carpenter so it isn't a million dollar fitout.
Shouldn't take long to find a home for it or did that bloke that turned up as I was leaving say, yep, all mine?
Sorry Snow, I went a bit "off topic" there.
They are all full of wind Doug..
I will put it on the market in a couple of weeks when we get back from Mildura..
Just a couple of jobs to do like the doors under the bed and then get the engineers certificates to convert it to a MH and reduce the GVM to 4495kg..
Now again Juergen, Sorry for being off topic but I hope I have solved your problem for you..
