Hopefully they include a dump point while upgrading, as heaps of rv'ers there DO NOT go to Glenden to dump, but instead do it in the scrub. Watch for yourself, they head out with their cassette and dont have the time to go the 23kl return. So where is the contents of the cassette????????????????????

Back to the OP. Yes, Lake Elphinstone is a great spot.

Another great bush camp right on the shores of the lake. May not be free after the new amenities are finished. Was talk of a caretaker.... means could be fees to pay, but good spot.
