Well I made it! Five weeks and 3,300-odd km behind me, safely back home. Pity Canberra had to be so cold and wet to come back to. Planning my next adventure.

The best view of Canberra is from a rear view mirror yeah???
That's a lot of Km's in 5 weeks. Did it feel rushed?

As long as you enjoyed it sloopy that's the main thing.
Yes Canberra can get cold this time of year, well, is cold but hey, I love the place especially the big "kinda" on the hill.
Rest up and take stock then get back out in the playground when you can though.

It was a bit rushed at start and finish due to commitments. 1000km each 1st week and last week, balance spread over middle. I want to be in Brisbane for my daughter's graduation on 13 Dec, so am planning on leaving around mid-Nov and making it a much more leisurely trip.
As for Canberra, yes it has its good points and is a beautiful city to visit, but basically I have had enough of it! Came here for (planned) 7 years, been here for 15.
