I know we are not allowed to discuss politics, religion or race on this forum, so I will try to avoid making this too pointed and I would ask others to do the same (otherwise it will be deleted and I will be in doo doo).
Certain individuals who were born in Australia but do not appreciate how lucky they are to be in this great country of ours do their best to undermine it.
They claim to have no allegiance to Australia, it's culture or government, wanting to destroy our country and dismantle its laws and impose their type of law on us all, irrespective of our backgrounds. Worse they want to carry out violence including death to those who would dare to oppose their beliefs. Most of those who are allied to their background are appalled by their behaviour and just want to contribute to this country as loyal Australians, and I feel for them as they try to make a life for themselves and their families.
The reason I am making this post is the individuals who are hell bent on bringing Australia to it's knees are referred to by the media as "Australians". By their own admission they have no loyalty to Australia or our way of life despite being born here and taking advantage of the many benefits of being an Australian citizen. IMHO these particular individuals have forfeited the right to live here and call themselves Australian. Some people of overseas countries hearing that these individuals are "Australian" while carrying on murder and mayhem overseas must have a very low opinion of us as a country.
I wonder what our forefathers and those Australians who have fought for this country over many years feel about this betrayal of our values that they held so high. Those that have passed on would be appalled as many of us are. Sorry for the rant, but I cringe every time I hear the media calling these low life's "Australian".

Just got under my skin how the media keeps referring to them as Australian, technically they are Australian citizens, but morally by any world standards they are mass murdering scumbags who have the audacity to call those who do not believe in their cause "dogs".....I think that is an insult to dogs who in no way can compare to their terrorist actions or behaviour. I would rather be a dog anyday.
I would back any law that can revoke Australian Citizenship from those who do not support or be loyal this country in such circumstances. I believe they have forfeited their rights to be call "Australian".
One things I will say about the Yanks, they refer to their citizens by their ethnic names, eg; African Americans, Italian Americans, English Americans, Hispanic Americans etc, etc. Why do our government and media just call them "Australian", let overseas people know the ethnic roots of the people involved so we are not all tarred with the same brush IMHO.

Problem is it also happens to 'traditional' Australians - I remember back in the 70's when Rhodesia was fighting to stay "civilised"..... at the sergeants mess at the army base where I worked there were recruiters offering short temp employment for mercenaries in Rhodesia where it was no holds barred.
Dunno what the answer is.
