Has anyone tried these at all? I bought one for $10 today at the Reject Shop, slide them in your pillow case or lay them on the outside, you can put them in the fridge for 20 minutes if you want them colder.
Here is a similar looking one but more expensive, see;
When I was in the army we camped 6 til 8 weeks at the time in temperature's way below minus 20 at night in Germany ,It was to simple to send us you in summer time ,so it had to be always in the winter time
so I know how that feels like ( We don't want to remember them times only the fun part and they were real good )
Cheers John

Great invention! I used one when working night shift in summer and needing to sleep in the heat of the day. Worked really well until a whippet-who-shall-not-be-named thought one of the corners thought ir might make a good snack
Hmmm....will have to have a look for them.

Good to know they work sloopy, albeit attractive to dogs

Great idea Vic. Will have to get one. I'm trying to remember where I saw something similar for over the mattress. Knew I should have got one before I forgot

Yeh, right!
I don't have aircon so hoping I won't sweat so much in hot weather on the pillow when camping etc.
This is the one I bought, finally worked out how to use my scanner;
